The Importance and Impact of Engagement Within a Workforce
Published by Indiana Society of Association Executives
and South Carolina Society of Association Executives

Employee engagement has become a priority for most companies and organizations. Leaders know that having a high-performance team is essential for growth and survival in today’s ever-changing business market. Leaders recognize that a highly engaged workforce can increase productivity, morale and loyalty, and sustain valuable employees within the organization.

But while most Leaders understand the importance of employee engagement, there are few companies or organizations that develop tangible methods and tools to measure and make the necessary changes to ensure an engaged workforce. Research shows that only 29% of employees and managers are highly engaged within their organization.

Within this webinar, we will discuss specific methods and tools a company or organization can implement to build and sustain employee and manager engagement.
The objectives for this webinar are:
  • Understand the impact of engagement
  • Learn the benefits of having engaged employees and managers
  • Implement methods and tools to create engagement
  • Establish metrics and practices to measure successes of an engagement program

Please note that CAE exam and renewal applicants can only use a maximum of 50% of their application hours from self-study programs.
